Planet Merge Turns a Tiny Sputnik Into a Solar Ambition

Planet Merge is a physics puzzle about helping Sputnik pursue an enormous dream: becoming the Sun. You drop matching planets into the play area, where gravity pulls them together and creates a larger celestial body when two identical ones collide. Ten stages of cosmic growth make every successful merge more valuable, but the expanding objects also consume increasingly precious space. A bubble boundary marks the danger line, and allowing any planet to escape ends the run.

Create Space Before Chasing the Next Merge

The strongest move is not always the one that scores immediately. Place smaller planets where their future partners can reach them, and avoid scattering identical pieces across opposite sides. When a collision starts a chain reaction, wait for the board to settle before launching again because rolling bodies can open or block an important lane.

Use Gravity as Part of the Puzzle

Planets continue to shift after landing, so aim with their final movement in mind. A controlled drop near a matching object is safer than firing into a tight cluster and hoping the correct bodies meet.

• Group matching celestial bodies without sealing them behind larger planets.
• Keep the centre flexible so pieces can roll toward more than one route.
• Protect the bubble boundary as the biggest bodies begin dominating the board.
• Use achievements and high-score attempts as goals beyond the first full merge chain.

Planet Merge Mouse Controls

• Move and drag the mouse: Aim and position the next celestial body.
• Release the Left Mouse Button: Launch or drop the selected body.

Small changes in launch position can decide whether a planet settles safely or rolls into the wrong stack. Aim patiently once the upper half becomes crowded.
