MECCHA CHAMELEON reinvents the classic Prop Hunt formula by making you paint and disguise yourself instead of transforming automatically. Every match becomes a hilarious battle of creativity, deception, and teamwork.
Outsmart Hunters With Perfect Camouflage in MECCHA CHAMELEON
MECCHA CHAMELEON is a 3D multiplayer casual hide-and-seek party game where up to 24 players compete as either Hiders or Seekers. Before the hunt begins, hiders must quickly find a hiding spot and transform themselves into convincing pieces of the environment using paint, body poses, and clever positioning.
Unlike traditional hide-and-seek games, success depends on your own artistic skills. You'll manually color your character with brushes, a 3D color picker, and an eyedropper to match nearby walls, furniture, and decorations. You can even reshape your body into different forms to blend naturally into the surroundings while the hunters search every corner before time runs out.
Master Every Brush Stroke and Sneaky Escape
Controls:
- WASD to Move and jump
- Mouse to Look around and aim
- Hold Left Mouse Button to Spray paint
- Right Mouse Button to Sample colors with the eyedropper
Pro Strategies:
- Copy nearby textures as accurately as possible instead of relying on similar colors.
- Hide in locations that naturally contain many objects to make small mistakes less noticeable.
- Avoid unnecessary movement after the round starts because even perfect camouflage won't save a moving target.
A convincing disguise is often stronger than the perfect hiding spot.
Why No Two Matches Ever Feel the Same
MECCHA CHAMELEON stays fresh by combining creative camouflage with multiple party modes. Standard Hide-and-Seek, Infection, Double, and Reverse Chicken Race each introduce completely different objectives and strategies.
Official maps such as Mansion, Backrooms, Sewer, Penguin Hotel, Sugarland, and Osaka provide unique hiding opportunities, while Steam Workshop support delivers an endless stream of community-created levels. Add in playful whistle taunts, and every round becomes a tense game of bluffing and mind games.
