Backrooms Craft

Backrooms Craft Makes the Empty Corridors Your Workshop

Backrooms Craft is a first-person survival game set inside a block-based interpretation of the Backrooms. Its interconnected areas include yellow corridors, flooded poolrooms, server halls, offices, and warehouses. You can mine the environment, craft equipment, place blocks, and construct a shelter while managing health, hunger, and limited light. Some creatures only observe from a distance, while others follow and force you to defend yourself or retreat. Exploration therefore feels productive and threatening at the same time: every new room may contain valuable materials or a path that leaves you dangerously exposed.

Build Where Your Progress Matters

A marked starting zone acts as your reliable base area. Structures built inside it are preserved, making this the best place for storage, crafting stations, lighting, and defensive improvements. Items placed elsewhere may not remain, so avoid investing all your resources in distant temporary shelters.

Start with basic tools and torches, then expand gradually. A bright, organised base gives you somewhere to recover and prepare before entering darker sections.

Survival Priorities

Monitor food, health, and torch power instead of waiting for a warning to become an emergency. Keep useful materials in storage, check the journal for discovered areas, and carry enough supplies to return safely. Running deeper without a route home can turn a promising expedition into a complete loss.
