Golfdash Puts a Puzzle Inside Every Golf Course
Golfdash is an arcade puzzle game that replaces traditional golf swings with direct grid-like movement. You guide a ball through maze-shaped courses while searching for a route to the goal. Its 30 levels introduce layouts that require planning rather than perfect power or club selection. Walls, corners, and restrictive passages make positioning the central challenge. The straightforward controls keep each puzzle approachable, but later courses demand a stronger sense of direction.
Read the Maze Before Moving
Do not treat every visible passage as progress. A route that carries the ball closer to the hole can still lead into a dead end or leave it on the wrong side of an obstacle. Study the full layout before making the first move. Work backward from the goal when the solution is unclear and identify which direction the ball must approach from. This method can reveal important turns that are easy to miss when focusing only on the starting position.
Solve Difficult Levels Systematically
When an attempt fails, remember the exact move that created the problem. Restart with a different decision at that junction instead of choosing random directions. Long corridors are usually easy to read, while compact sections deserve more attention. Slow down whenever several paths intersect or the ball enters a tight corner.
PC Direction Controls
Use WASD or the Arrow Keys to move the golf ball:
- W/Up Arrow: Move up
- S/Down Arrow: Move down
- A/Left Arrow: Move left
- D/Right Arrow: Move right
Make deliberate inputs near complicated intersections. An unnecessary move may force you to approach the goal from an unusable angle.
