TapKO is a knockout clicker that turns boxing into a simple contest of reading cues and reacting at the correct moment. A quick click throws a punch or counter when an attack prompt appears, while holding the same button raises your guard against an incoming hit. Each defeated opponent pushes the run forward and supplies progress for training a stronger fighter. Strength, defence, speed, and health upgrades gradually change how quickly rivals fall and how well your boxer survives mistakes.
Created by Halfbrick Studios, the team behind Fruit Ninja and Jetpack Joyride, the game blends active timing with idle-style auto-punch progression.
Rapid clicking feels natural in a punch game, but TapKO rewards players who wait for the correct symbol. Click when the attack or counter prompt opens, then hold as soon as the opponent signals a strike. Releasing the guard too early costs health, while blocking forever wastes chances to build damage and finish the round.
Buy affordable upgrades across several stats before saving too long for one expensive boost. If a rival survives comfortably, add strength; if your boxer falls first, reinforce defence and health.
Keep the pointer in a comfortable central position so switching between a quick click and a firm hold never requires extra movement. A consistent rhythm also makes each new opponent's timing easier to compare with the last.
